I can’t put into words what Bill meant to me and my husband. He was always so good and kind, always there to lend a helping hand. He extended that helping hand to us many times.
He was a true friend and a good Christian .
Other than what his friendship meant to me, I’ll always remember his very unique laugh.
Wherever we were, when you heard that laugh, you would know Bill was there before you ever saw him. We know that we will hear that laugh again some day.

On behalf of members of the 3/35th Armor having served in Bamberg, Germany, we offer our condolences. So many great memories from our time together there. Billy was a true patriot and a master at his trade. He did everything in his power to insure ALL of our tanks were combat ready; he provided a lot of instruction and advice to just a few "shave-tail Lieutenants" and did it all in a manner that made it fun. Oh, the memories.
We have an annual reunion of 3/35th armor and the first question always asked in discussing our reunion "Is Billy going to by there?" No doubt, he lightened up every gathering. He will be missed! May God Bless you!

Angie and I offer our condolences to family and friends. We lost a good one but our loss is heavens gain. The world is a better place for having Billie Tweed in it, we were blessed having him in our lives and I am convinced that "welcome home my good and faithful servant" was his greeting. He will be missed in so many ways. May God Bless each of you in these trying times.
We love you.

Deepest condolences to family and friends. The Bible foretells of a time when pain and death will be no more at Revelation 21:4, it reads, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Isn’t that a comforting promise made by God? The Bible also promises there will be a resurrection found at Acts 24:15, it says “And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection” We can look forward to all these things happening in the very near future. If you have any questions or would like to know more please visit for more information on this subject and many other Bible-based subjects and questions. There is no charge, log-in or registration required and you can even request a free home Bible study! I hope this offers a little hope in this otherwise dark time.
